The request for access to documents allows to go back to the documentary history of a property, with related appurtenances and land. It allows you to learn about the previous technical and / or administrative procedures that have occurred over the years.

Our technical staff recommends that you always log in beforehand:

start a new building practice (ordinary and amnesty), to be aware of the latest assent status;
make structural changes to an existing building, if the owner does not have access to all previous seismic deposits and / or authorizations.

With the request for access, for our technical staff, it will be possible:

request and have a copy of the previous building titles (Building Permits, DIA, SCIA, PDC)
request and have a copy of the certificate of viability (if present);
request and have a copy of the previous procedures in sanatoria (Condono Edilizio);
request and have a copy of previous cadastral records;
request and have copies of previous structural deposits and / or seismic authorizations;
request and have copies of structural tests and / or certificates of compliance of the works;
request and have a copy of the declarations of conformity of the plants.
